The invention relates to textile · nrmu mechanical engineering, in particular to weaving equipment.
Known guide comb for a clamping shuttle of a loom, containing forming a channel. For the passage of the shuttle, the plates are parallel mounted on the beam of the loom of the machine, each of which has a groove for the shuttle and a pointed outer edge with intersecting sections for separating the main threads of the lower branch of the throat, the first of which direction from the reed of the machine is made rectilinear (1].
A disadvantage of the known design of the comb is the high breakage of the main threads obtained on rotor spinning machines.
The aim of the invention is to reduce the breakage of the main threads.
This goal is achieved by the fact that in the guide comb for the clamping hook of the loom, containing the forming channel for the passage of the shuttle, the plates are parallel mounted on the beam of the loom of the machine, each of which has a groove for the shuttle, and a pointed outer edge with intersecting sections to separate the main threads of the lower branch of the throat, the first of which is straightforward in the direction from the machine’s reed, · each plate is made so that the straight portion of its edge at the entrance of the plate to the throat is parallel loskosti lower pharynx branch.
Figure 1 shows a part of a loom in which a guide comb is used, an incision; figure 2 and 3 are two different types of processed yarn.
The loom has installed, with the possibility of oscillatory movement in the directions indicated by arrow 1, the batan 2. On the batan 2 a reed 3 and a guide comb 4 are fixed. The guide comb 4 forms a channel for the passage of the micro shuttle 5 when laying the weft thread b to the shed 7, formed by the main threads 8 and 9. The guide comb has a free upper knee 10 and a lower knee 11. The knees 10 and 11 form a channel 12 for micro-hook 5. The upper free knee 10 (Fig. 1) has a straight outer edge 13.
The formed fabric 14 may consist of a yarn 15 of ordinary twist (Fig. 2) and a yarn 16 of pneumocoupled fibers, having fiber joins 17 and sections of parallel fibers 18 (Fig. 3).
At the end of laying the weft yarn 6, the batan 2 together with the reed 15 3 and comb 4 from position A, A 1, in accordance with arrow 1, deviates to position B, B *, in which the weft yarn 6 punches into fabric 14.
2Q Before the next laying of the weft yarn, a batan 2 with a reed 3 and a comb 4 deviates again (Fig. 1) clockwise. Moreover, these parts pass position B, B *, in which the outer edge 13 of the guide comb 4 becomes parallel to the main threads 9 located in the lower throat.
The warp yarns 8 ’and 9 are composed of pneumo-connected fibers of 1.6 g yarn which has 17 pneumo-connections. Due to this, separate parallel parallel filaments 35 are held together 18. The length L of the outer edge 13 of the comb 4 is at least equal to the distance S between the two places 17 pneumatic connections so that the edge 13 in any case falls 40 on one of the places 17 pneumatic connections, when the comb 4 enters the throat 7. Due to this, it is impossible that the main thread 9 obtained on a rotor-mechanical spinning machine would break apart or be split by a comb 4. The proposed comb can be used on machines in which A threaded thread is laid with 50 jets of air or water.
The proposed comb allows to reduce in weaving the breakage of the main threads obtained on rotor spinning machines.
